Pet Cats

Many pet owners think they and their cats speak different languages, but this does not mean that they cannot speak with each other. Every cat is unique in its own, but there is a common code of expression, a set of signals that you can learn for reading easily. You can look in the eyes of your cat, the tone of the voice, the position of her ears, and the motion of the tail provide the significant hints regarding the feelings and intentions of the companion.

You may feel silly speaking to cats, the reason is that they believe that cats cannot understand, still these people may feel easy carrying on long one-sided conversations with infants. Cats also receive information from the conversation like praise, comfort and a sense of security. You will easily learn much from the wide vocabulary of chirps and meows.

If the cat crouches low to the ground, he may be feeling uncomfortable. When your cat stands on its toes, this mean you are probably being asked to pick up the cat. The raised hair on the back and a puffed out tail are the indicators of hostility or defensiveness. When a cat bestows upon a human, this means that it is greatly expressing adoration. A thrashing tail indicates the mood has changed to intense agitation.

Kittens are sometime eager to know how to please humans. You just need to praise the kitten when you point out the litter box and scratching post. Cats are not a vindictive creatures, this is their one of the most admirable qualities. Use patience and kindness in treating the cats.
